XenJira Account

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of XenJira (the VS Code extension, the website and the related services), provided by Xen Engineering (“we”). By creating an account or using XenJira you agree to them.

1. The service

XenJira reads Jira tickets you select and uses AI models to propose code changes, tests and security reviews. Every change is shown to you for approval; you are responsible for reviewing, testing and deploying any code you accept.

2. Accounts

Keep your password and API keys confidential. One person per account. New accounts may receive a free trial, limited to one per person and computer. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass licensing, or break these terms.

3. Payment

Access is sold as prepaid periods (for example 30 days) at the price shown on the website. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Periods do not renew automatically; buying again adds the new period to any time you have left.

4. Your AI provider

You use your own AI provider account (for example Anthropic or OpenAI). Token charges are billed by that provider directly to you. Cost predictions shown by XenJira are estimates; the provider's bill is authoritative.

5. Your code and data

You keep all rights to your code, tickets and content. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use XenJira to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack systems, or reverse engineer or circumvent the licensing of the service.

7. Warranty and liability

XenJira is provided “as is”. AI-generated code can be wrong; you must review it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
